The Boston Herald had a great article this morning outlining how the comeback of vinyl is opening new markets for turntable designers and manufacturers. Very interesting, but i STILL prefer my vintage turntables.
One of the questions it raises is… once i get vinyl, how do i get it on my ipod? Well, I will leave that as an exercise for the class. Suffice it to say that while they may be shady, there are millions of ways to do it.
Of note, most all current vinyl releases include access to hifi audio rips. A much better option than doing it yourself.
