About
The gist of it is this: we old schoolers learned about music by listening to the radio and buying vinyl. We had no shuffle, we had no skip or program buttons. We laid needle to vinyl, and were captive for 20 minutes. In those twenty minutes on each side of an album, magic came out of your speakers. You were transported.
Now, twenty some years later, my question is, do these albums hold up to the test of time? Is the magic still there, or were we just caught up in the moment? It is my goal to find this out. If you would like to contribute, I encourage you to read the FAQ.
So bust out that HiFi and grab some LP’s!
